Return & Refund


  • This is for health and sanitary reasons. 

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns of items for refunds for any products once the product has been accepted by the customer from the mail service. 

  • You may, however, receive a refund, minus shipping costs, if you properly follow the cancellation policy below before your item is received.
    1. If an item is defective or not functioning properly within 14 days of receipt, however, we can help you out. We can replace your toy - or walk you through the sticking points that are giving you trouble! Simply email after sales with photos and videos of the malfunctioning toy at .
    2. If you choose to cancel your order, please email within 12 hours of your purchase to cancel your order. Please include your order number. We are unable to cancel any orders that have already shipped - including during the small timeframe where the mail carrier has retrieved the package from us before we've been able to provide your tracking number to you.If your order has already shipped, you may choose to refuse delivery to allow the mail service (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL,YunExperss or YWWEN) to officially return the package to sender. Once the package is received by our warehouse, a refund, minus the BOOMBINS Shop's original cost of shipping, will be processed. If you choose to have the item reshipped after refusing delivery, a new shipping fee will be charged to you.


  • Please note!We are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:
  1. You entered the incorrect address
  2. The package was stolen
  3. A personal preference, and the package has been opened
  4. The customer purchased the incorrect product


  • If the package is lost as a result of merchant or logistics issues, you can contact customer service to confirm the solution.
  • If you believe we shipped the incorrect item,please email you must submit images of the shipping label, on the product bag, and the entire package and the goods.
